In order to be a part of New Mexico free state, you must download and complete the Declaration of Soverign Rights signed with 2 witnesses with a red thumb print on the end of your signature. 

This is best done in an assembly near you; if you aren't near an assembly sign 2 documents and mail the original to the New Mexico free state. You can retrieve this information by contacting us.
